Proiectul promoveaz\u0103 solidaritatea, incluziunea social\u0103 \u0219i accesul echitabil la oportunit\u0103\u021bi de dezvoltare.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dezvoltarea competen\u021belor soft \u0219i a rezilien\u021bei personale la minimum 300 de participan\u021bi, prin ateliere online \u0219i fizice.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sprijinirea a 40 de femei \u00een procesul de ini\u021biere a unor afaceri sustenabile prin Clubul de Antreprenoare \u201eFemei pentru Viitor\u201d.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consolidarea solidarit\u0103\u021bii intergenera\u021bionale prin tab\u0103ra \u201eGenera\u021bii Active\u201d \u0219i evenimente comunitare (Ziua Familiei, festivaluri, campanii caritabile).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
